The Ontario Provincial Government recently passed Bill 23, more commonly known as the More Homes Built Faster Act, which opened up 7400 acres of Greenbelt land for housing development. This bill led to public outrage and the growing use of the hashtag #HandsOffTheGreenbelt. During this interview, David Crombie talks about what makes the Greenbelt special, the environmental and economic risks involved with building on it and what we as individuals can do to help protect it!
